Littmann Snap-On Rim for Littmann Cardiology III (large side), Cardiology II S.E., Classic II S.E., Select & Lightweight Stethoscopes. Allows for easy, snap-on replacement of diaphragm rim. Fits 3M Littmann stethoscope models that feature a traditional two-sided chestpiece. Available in black and gray to match non-chill bell sleeve and/or eartips.
