Littmann eartips offer an excellent acoustic seal, increased comfort, durability, and a tighter fit to your Littmann stethoscope. Available in small and large sizes, and in black or gray to match stethoscope rim color. Littmann stethoscope eartips are latex free.
IMPORTANT! Read before ordering eartips. When ordering replacement eartips, it's important to know whether your eartips are threaded or snap-tight. Older Littmann stethoscopes (made prior to 1994) have threaded eartips?which are no longer being made. In 1994, more secure snap-tight eartips were introduced. Threaded and snap-tight eartips are not interchangeable. Stethoscopes purchased after 1994 use 3M Littmann snap-tight, soft-sealing eartips, which are available here in large and small sizes.

The littmann ear pieces are very comfortable and wear extremely well.I had my first stethoscope for 6 years and I'm just replacing the ear tips.

replacing my large eartips that came with my stethoscope and buying the smaller ones was the best thing I could of done. The sound quality i hear is so much better. I had trouble getting my last ones to fit properly and these slip right in place with no dicomfort
