Never lose your stethoscope again. Gray identification tag fits securely to all stethoscopes. The tag includes two engraving options with instructions. You can insert either a paper or metal name plate. We do not engrave these name tags at this location.

Glad to have this identification tag, after using my stethoscope for over two years, it was time for one! I took the tag to a local engraver and had it engraved for $3, instead of the $7 that is charged by the 3M company.

Littmann name tag
Love them! you can use the writable surface or mail the metallic plate to Littmann and for a fair amount engrave your name!
Almost perfect
It's a goofit for my stethescope but it's not like its engraved if someone really wants it the can easily cut around it or pull the name plate off. But it's $3 bucks so it's ok
