The Middle Ear Conditions Anatomical Chart provides a visual overview of common middle ear conditions and their treatments as well as normal ear anatomy. In this edition, even more middle ear conditions and their treatments are shown.
This chart provides an illustration, photo inset, and brief description of the following pathologies and their treatments:
- Acute otit's media, Otit's media with effusion, Atelectasis
- Drainage tube insertion
- Eardrum perforation
- Ossicle damage
- Bone anchored hearing aid
The chart also illustrates a cross-section of normal ear anatomy and provides a close-up photo of a normal right eardrum, sectioned into quadrants. Middle ear development is also shown.
Unmounted - Printed on high-quality heavy paper appropriate for framing. (Note: Unmounted charts cannot be displayed on the chart stands.)
Laminated - Printed on high-quality paper with flexible 1.5 mil plastic lamination. Metal eyelets in each top corner for convenient wall hanging or for use with chart stands. Lamination also makes the chart "markable" allowing write-on / wipe-off. Easily rolls up for portability. This is the most popular mounting.
