Nursemates Compression Stockings

Although in the hand, these stockings seem thin and possibly vulnerable to runs, they are actually quite sturdy once you put them on. They are definitely tight - the band at the top is too tight. I will wear the 2 pairs I bought, but I'll probably not purchase these again.

huge difference

these compression stockings are amazing if you stand on your feed for 4 or more hours espeically on concrete or other hard surface y0ou HAVE to get some of these. They are a bit hard to get on but well worth the struggle. Rather than have swollen, painful legs by the end of a 4, 6, 8, or 10 hour shift I now have slightly sore but largely 'lets go dancing' feet / legs (i.e. my feet and lower legs don't hurt anymore and I don't want to lay with them elevated for the rest of my life due to it lol). for info sake I work retail right now but have worked medical and about to start nursing school within the year and these may well be my life saver.

Great

They are actually comfortable compared to other brands I have tried.

Very thin

These socks are very thin...you could compare them to slightly above panty hose thinness. Seem very durable though. Come up to just below my knee and actually stay there.

Best thing for folks on their feet all day/night long

I love that I can get compression stockings in the correct color for my uniforms! And they help to control the edema - they are comfortable (when you purchase the correct size! LOL) and affordable. A wise investment for anyone who has to stand/walk all day!

Best Socks

These are the best socks I have found to wear on the job. When I spend most of the shift on my feetthese socks prevent foot fatigue and leg swelling. I wish they came in more colors.

Every nurse should have these!

These socks really reduce leg/feet fatigue and should really go a long way to preventing those creepy vericose veins.

The Best Nylon Socking

As a Nurse I'm on my feet for almost the entire shift, these support socks have saved my legs from feeling tired and have prevented those horrible vericose veins. Once you wear them, you'll notice the difference.New Hampshire
