Adscope Cardiology Stethoscope
I have used this item for a month and I like it very much. It is very sensitive and comfortable to wear. The only problem I am have is one of the ear pieces keeps falling off. I have just sent a email to Allheart to see if they will replace the ear pieces.

excellent stethascope for the money
excellent stetathascope I have been using them for 2-3 years. same quality as Litman.
