bought these for my 6 year old great-granddaughter who only wanted scrubs and a "medicare" bag (think she meant medical bag as she was pleased with the one she got). she immediately put on the scrubs and wore them the rest of Christmas Eve! They fit well and so far are standing up to wear. Not sure the rating showed up but I would give them a 5.
