First time buying scrubs. I'm 5'4, around 110 lbs, a size 4 petite. I ordered a XSM, but I would order a SML if I was heavier. Runs true to size. First thing I noticed was good quality - thick, durable material. Well-fitting elastic waist pants that won't slide and are just the right length. Very satisfied with the Allheart brand for its high quality-low price value.
