Hear row sound clearly...

It is really a good tool for identifying the different lung, heart sounds
Pros:
helpful to identify the kind of sound you can hear and very clear.
long last battery use.Cons:
software is not compatible with macbook.I would recommend this item to a friend.
Expensive,amplified sounds well worth the money.

This is my first electronic stethoscope,and the only stethoscope I use. I packed away my traditional stethoscopes. I need to hear diminished lung sounds during my assessments, 3200 Littman does the job. Recording sounds is a breeze,and easy to transfer to others I work with. Thank you for the great stethoscope!

I haven't got to use at work as of yet but have tried it out at home and find alot of cool features. unfortunately I can't link up the blue tooth to my iphone. That would come in quite handy but from what I've seen from other reviews this is a common problem.

This stethoscope appears to be better designed and is considerably lighter than model 4100. I've not used the Bluetooth connection function or included analysis software as yet, but this is an intriguing feature.
Pros:
Virtually everything. This product is superior to Model 4100.Cons:
Custom engraving on the device itself would have been preferred.I would recommend this item to a friend.
Great stethoscope for hearing impaired people

I have been buying electronic stethoscopes for approx 6-7 years, and find most to enhance my hearing experience for all areas of medical exams. This newest model has given me the opportunity to visualize what I hear and be able to place in a patient's chart. This is an outstanding tool that could be used by any medical professional.
Cons:
The only drawback I have noticed with electronic stethoscopes is length from ear pieces to listening device is very short.I would recommend this item to a friend.
Med school graduate

This item was a gift to my God son upon his graduation from medical school. I have not used it so I can't rate it. However, Doug was very pleased and excited about using it. He starts his residency in July.
Pros:
Doug is a high tech kind of guy so he was very excited about learning how to use his new scope.Cons:
High tech. Not for everyone. The average HCP would find this to be very expensive.I would recommend this item to a friend.
Marked improvement over older models

This is a beautifully made stethoscope that has corrected many of the shortcomings of the older models. I have owned the much more expensive 4000 and 4100 and this one is much more user friendly and more practical in its usage. I also think that this is more ruggedly made and won't break down as much. A very good value!
Pros:
Switches are better. Battery life is longer.
Tubing is more flexible. Cost is more reasonable.Cons:
Nothing yet!I would recommend this item to a friend.

My patients and I love it.
Pros:
light
easy to handle.
excellent accustics.Cons:
bottons are in the way and are touch accidentaly.
only one recording at a time
skin interferes with sounds.
