Worth the money
I am a Paramedic in a busy system, this stethoscope has really proved itself! The sound is incredible! I have been very impressed with quality of this Littmann. I have recommended it to several of my fellow co-workers. Its truly worth the extra money. If your going to buy a new stethoscope please check this one out. If you know someone with an STC see if they will let you try it out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! I love it and its truly been worth it

The sound quality is off the charts! It's good for adults but great for ped's and ICU's. It's the best occupational gift I've ever gotten and I use it every day.
