The MDF Palm Aneroid Sphygmomanometer is a 300 mmHg portable instrument with inflation bulb and valve integrated to the gauge. This lightweight model features performance, efficiency, and portability at an affordable price.
Gauge: "Big Face" gauge and its high-contrast dial face, without pin stop, produce easy and accurate reading. The lightweight housing and bezel is constructed of chrome-plated high-impact thermoplastic. Ergonomic and balanced designed palm brace and bulb stabilize the manometer and supports the hand during inflation and air-release. The palm aneroid offers unsurpassed measurement convenience and accuracy in the harshest outdoor settings.
Cuff & Inflation Bag: Abrasion, chemical (chlorine and peroxide) and moisture resistant, the adult hook-and-loop fastener cuff is constructed of high-molecular polymer nylon. Sized to meet American Heart Association recommendations, the artery indicator label and index range further ensure proper cuffing to attain correct arterial compression. The single tube seamless inflation bag is constructed of crack and stick-resistant, high-density hypoallergenic latex-free PVC. The universal bladder tube enables compatible cuff exchange with all MDF and other branded BP systems.
Inflation Bulb & Valve: The chrome-plated brass screw-type valve facilitates precise air release rate. The Inflation bulb is constructed of crack, stick-resistant, high-density hypoallergenic latex-free PVC.

I was undecided about which product to purchase. Then I saw a friends and used it. Subsequently, I purchased this product. I am satisfied!
Superb Quality
Upon opening the box I was instantly amazed by the quality and craftsmanship. I am right handed and it is very easy to use, the bulb is pumped with the fingers against a rigid fixture that is held in the palm, the pressure valve is in the right spot and not stiff or sticky. Use with the left hand was also easy, but the bulb must be pumped with the palm and the rigid part is held with the fingers and also the pressure valve was easy to use. The hose is about 24"" long and not flimsy. Now for the pressure release valve. I prefer it over the other cuffs I have used because the valve is very easy to control, it isn't stiff or doesn't sticks open or closed so the pressure can be let out slowly at 2-3 mmHg / sec for an accurate reading or opened fully to dump the pressure quickly. The gauge is large and reads up to 300 mmHg. The numbers are marked every 20 mmHg and seems a bit cluttered but still easy enough to read.
