Bell and diaphragm mode offer conventional, non-amplified acoustics benchmarked by the PureTone Cardiology stethoscopes. Digital mode boasts a 400% increase in amplification over traditional stethoscopes, a heightened frequency response range and 100 hours of continuous, battery-powered operation. Signal-processing technology assists in filtering electronic noise. Classically understated stethoscope styling. DRG Antimicrobial Stethoscope Diaphragm: Durable, chemically inert and acoustically sensitive. Innovative C-Flex material allows the user to capture a continuos range of low and high frequency sounds. Soft, Non-chill texture offers more comfortable patient interface. Patented dual lumen External Noise Reduction (ENR) tube technology (large image) significantly reduces the amount of external noise heard through the stethoscope while its stainless steel coils (large image) optimize internal acoustics.
