Using the Shopping Cart
When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button next to the item. That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items, if you want. From your cart, you can either check out or continue shopping.
Note: Our site uses an Internet technology called "Cookies" to keep track of the items you put in your shopping cart. If you experience any problems with items disappearing from your shopping cart, make sure you have Cookies "enabled" in your web browser.
When you are ready to order, the first step before Checkout is to review your order on the Shopping Cart page. When you are satisfied with your order, click "Proceed to Checkout," and you're on your way to completing your purchase.
Ordering by Fax or Mail
Though our secure online ordering process is the preferred and most expedient method for ordering, we understand that there may be special cases when online ordering is not possible or a customer would simply rather order by fax or regular post mail. When you know what items you'd like to purchase, download and print our Fax/Mail Order Form (HTML) and fill it out. A link to this form can be found at the bottom of almost every page in our store. We will begin processing the order as soon as we receive it. In order for us to send you the Order Confirmation and tracking information on your shipment, please include your e-mail address on the Fax/Mail Order Form.
Product Availability
We stock just about everything we sell here at AllHeart.com. On occasion however, demand for a product will exceed the quantity we have in stock. If you order an item that is currently out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail that the product is backordered, and will sometimes be given the option to replace the item with a different one (i.e. a different color).

If an item (or items) you've ordered are out of stock, we will ship you the items that were in stock first as not to delay your entire order. When your backordered items come in, we will immediately ship them to you at our cost and no extra charge to you.
Online we accept payment by Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. When ordering by mail or fax we accept payment by the aforementioned credit cards as well as check or money order.
After placing a credit card order, your card is typically processed and charged the following business day when we enter your order into our system. When it is approved, it is only charged for the items we have in stock that are being shipped to you immediately, plus the entire amount of shipping costs. Payment for any backordered items will be charged when they come in and we get ready to ship them to you. You will not be billed or charged for any additional shipping fees.
If your credit card is declined, you will receive an e-mail notice requesting that you contact us immediately. A decline often results from a simple typo when you are entering your payment information at Checkout, so when you contact us we will ask you to verify your account number, expiration date, and billing address. If this doesn't rectify the problem, you have the option of working out another means of payment or cancelling the order. If we do not get a reply from you within 7 days of the decline notice, your order will be cancelled.

Sales Tax
There is no sales tax for shipments outside of California, Virginia, Ohio, and Missouri. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to California, Virginia, Ohio, and Missouri where sales taxes are applicable. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current local tax rates. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items.
State and local sales tax rates are subject to change at any time.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a credit to your payment method in the amount of the charge.
Order Confirmation
When you place an order and your e-mail address is provided, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. You will receive a second email when we process your order (usually the next business day); it is at this time that you will be informed of any backordered items. A third e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped. You will also be sent additional e-mail notices if your credit card was denied, or if there are any kinds of problems for which we would need to contact you.
Please make sure to enter your valid e-mail address correctly at Checkout so that you will receive your e-mail confirmations and notices.

Order Tracking
With the exception of special order items, all of our customers will receive a tracking or delivery confirmation number with their shipping confirmation e-mail. To track an order after it has been shipped, go to our Order Status Page.
If you already received your Fed Ex tracking number, you can go to our Order Tracking Page, enter the tracking number and click on the "Track It" button. USPS does not provide order tracking, only delivery confirmations.
How to Cancel or Change an Order
We use automated order processing and warehouse systems, so we probably will not be able to cancel or modify your order before it is processed. Therefore, cancellation or change of an order usually involves return of merchandise or additional shipments. Please email customer service at customerservice allheart.com as soon as possible with your request for cancellation or changes. Also, please refer to our Returns Policy for additional information.
Computer Monitor Color Accuracy
We do our best to accurately represent the appearance of the products we sell on our online store. However, please keep in mind that if your monitor color settings have been changed or are not set to the default standard settings, a product's true colors may not appear as they should on your screen.
We do not publish a printed catalog. Instead we maintain a "live" catalog on the internet. This way you have access to the newest products, "Everyday Low Prices", and a selection that surpasses any mail order catalog!

One thing to improve on would be, when I was ordering them to specify more on the type of fabric, you said sandwashed but I didn't know exacly what that was or what the cotton percentage was etc. You had it on some fabric descriptions but not all.
