The 4200 is an elastic waist, utility scrub pant with two handy cargo pockets. This pant is offered with a longer inseam to accommodate those women with longer legs. The right pocket is layered with an interior cell phone pocket and an outside scissors pocket. These comfortable scrubs from Cherokee Workwear are made of soil-release poly/cotton poplin and have a 33" inseam.

Great Pants!!!
I never liked the hip pockets of the elastic waist pants but to get cargo pockets, you had to get drawstring waist and I didn't like those either. Now I can have the elastic waist with cargo pockets and no hip pockets!
poor quality, poor fit. returned.
thin fabric, see thru, baggy in waist, tight across hips...I always wear a medium tall in cherokee boxers.

I love these pants for work & am happy that I can now buy them in black.
Finally found pants that fit.
These pants fit very well.I'm 5'7"" and find traditional pants too short, and most ""longs"" too long.I guess I'm a ""med-tall"" and these are just the right length.
