My favorite stethescope for over 40 years. I hear as will with this as with any other, yet the lightweight design means I'm likely to have it with me. It also has a bell, a feature I find necessary.

This was my first stethoscope. I am fully certified and I use t around the house but I keep it in my med bag moth the time. But overall it is a great scope and you can hear everything

This is the best product ever except for the color. It looks EXTREMELY different in reality than in the web picture. The raspberry color looks great on the web but in reality it's awful and I hate it. Other than that, it's great for low and high sounds and really loved the engraving.

The stethoscope was a gift for my brother-in-law's 50th birthday. I had it engraved with his name & RN. It was delivered right on time and the engraving was perfect. He was so surprised and absolutely loves it! He couldn't wait to try it out.

The color is beautiful and just what I expected. The quality of sound is amazing and better than another brand I've tried. I only wish that the tubing was longer so that I didn't have to hunch over my patients at times. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this stethoscope to friends and family.

I purchased this scope for my daughter who was accepted in a BSN program. I have used a Littmann Cardioscope for a number of years and know the quality of Littmann. When you need to hear breath sounds and heart sounds, this is the scope to use.

I bought this on recommendation from my EMT instructor, who has been a paramedic/flight nurse/police sergeant for many years. I absolutely love it, and it really makes all the difference to have a good quality stethoscope. It's lightweight, and makes it very easy to hear when you are in loud environments. Well, it's a classic and works great. I do wish I could have found a longer one also, I ordered the black w/ "smoke" and it was quite a bit darker than the picture showed. It is almost a black. Very happy with the service from allheart.

This stethoscope is amazing! The sound is clear and the ear buds are comfortable. I despise hard ear buds, which seemed like the standard in many stethoscopes! This Littmann came with both soft and hard ear buds. The soft ones are a dream!

I'm currently in LPN school and needed a stethoscope for clinicals. My mom has a Littman Classic lightweight and I've used that one frequently. I got mine in the mail today and of course I had to check it out. I was blown away by the difference between these two. The sound is amazing! I have problems hearing heart sounds with the lightweight but as soon as I touched this stethoscope to my skin I could hear it! It was loud and very clear. I would HIGHLY recommend this! :)

I have a substantial hearing loss in one ear, and have been so worried that I would either not be able to hear, or would have to pay hundreds of dollars for the hearing impaired stethoscope then I went and tried on a few in a local store, I was able to hear clearly with this one, and it's so comfortable, however the price in the store was insane, more than twice as much as I paid here!! The colors on the webpage are not accurate whatsoever. I ordered orange and on the photo it looks completely different than what actually comes. Mine is like Garfield/ Denver Bronco Orange. It's more dark than a bright orange.

I recently purchased the Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope in Ocean Blue and I love it! It's one of the best stethoscopes I've ever used. The sound is very clear and loud. I love that they had a wide variety of colors to choose from. I was a bit skeptical about how the color would be, because sometimes they do not look as they appear online, but I love the color. It shipped a few days sooner than the estimated date, which is great. And the pricing was good for the quality of the product. If you're looking for a new steth, i suggest this product!

I really like this stethoscope. As an EMT, it is important to have a stethoscope that is sensitive enough to hear a blood pressure while the ambulance is in motion. This meets my needs without picking up too much background noise.

I am a first semester RN student. This stethoscope has been great. It is a bit heavier than the flimsy one they issued us at school, so that took some getting used to. Fits my ears well, not too tight, not too loose! Very easy to hear the heart and lung sounds.

Flexible, high performance, great for pediatrics

While looking for a new stethascope, I was weary about spending money on a stethoscope that may not work for me considering I have difficulty hearing out of some stethoscopes. I wanted a lightweight, affordable, nice stethoscope with good sound to hear with. This was the PERFECT item to spend the money on. It was affordable compared to other littmann products, it is super lightweight, I do not go home after clinical with a sore neck anymore, and the SOUND IS GREAT! (which is the most important thing)I was really nervous I would not be able to hear, but honestly, this is a GREAT PRODUCT and the audability is amazing! so glad i didn't spend the money on a more expensive item to get the same results!!!!! I have personalized the head and hand written on both side of the tubing with black fine point sharpie. It's outstanding. After loosing Littman Master Cardiology, I had trouble buying Classic II, SE. I am pleased to use it. My money worth it for what I paid for it. I don't see much difference. If I had to choose for my private practice, I would choose any Cardiology. Because I work with many....many......many health care worker, I decided to go for lesser value product but still better :)

I work at a veterinary hospital where I have to listen to animals hearts. My old stethoscope was not a very good one. I wanted the best for my buck, so I went with Littmann. I love it. It was really nice to use this stethoscope because the sounds were very clear. It was really easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The only issue was that it was hard to determine when the package would arrive because the tracking information wasn't clear.

I had a different stethoscope before that wasn't a Littman, but this one really made a difference.

I love my new stethoscope. I got it for nursing school and I can hear so much better. Plus it's a pretty color. I got it engraved and it looks great. It's also not to heavy, a problem I had with my last one. The only down side was it took a few days longer then promised to get here.

Good quality and looks great. I have no problem hearing tones like I did before. I will be using daily after I get out into the workforce.

This is a great stethoscope. I have a little bit of hearing loss so I usually can't hear out of a basic model. The Classic II lets me hear things well.

This stethoscope is excellent for the paramedic aspect of medicine. I have tried several different littmann stethoscopes over the years, some are too sensitive for the road noise in the ambulance, others are not tuned enough to overcome said noise. The classic II will allow the medic to hear heart tones, blood pressures, and respiratory sounds without overarching into the sounds of the truck. Overall, this is my pick for emergency medical paramedics.

I absolutely love this stethoscope. It is much better than any I have ever used. I'm in nursing school and a few of my classmates had Littmanns so once I finished Med-Surg I and advanced Med-Surg I decided to reward myself with one. I bought the pink one and it is very pretty.

My old LIttman lasted about 14 years, but the tubing cracked all the way thorugh. Replaced it with this new one. Didn't realize how bad teh old one was until I got the new one! Sound is much clearer! This one is also slightly longer, which I like. All in all, I am very happy to have gotten it, especially with the engraving - now I KNOW which one is mine! Service was great too, received this very quickly.

The stethoscope works well. I have no complaints about the quality. However I ordered ""purple"" and got cobalt blue. I got it ingraved with my name on the tubing there for I can not return it. I have alos heard from other people that the color they ordered was not the close to the color they thought they would be recieving based on the color samples online.

As an EMT in Orange County California I need a good reliable scope for taking patients vitals signs in the back of the ambulance. For months I would use the provided scopes in the rig, but the sound quality on thise is terrible, especially in such a noisy enviornment so that made see the need for a better sethoscope. I noticed that all the RN and M.D.'s at the hospitals have Littman's so it promted me to get one. Since then I have had the easiest time auscultating BP's and listening to lung sounds. It makes my job a whole lot easier.

I can't say how pleased I've been with this stethoscope. The sound is so loud that even fellow classmates with hearing problems can hear with it. This was supposed to be an upgrade from the one i used in med school, a littmann light. I am happy with this purchase, except i got my name engraved in script, and i shouldve opted for the print. other than that, love it!

This is a great scope. I have very small ear canals, so I ordered the soft, small earpieces, and they do the trick like no other earpiece has. They block out most ambient noise and offer both high and low frequency sounds with such clarity that I could probably pick up a heartbeat in the next room. This piece is a best-kept secret.

I have trouble hearing out of both of my ears, especially out of my left ear. This stethoscope has allowed me to hear almost perfectly. Sometimes I still find it hard to hear. If I would have had the money I would've purchased the cardiac stethoscope. I do wish it came with a rubber replacement ring for the bell. But overall I am satisfied.

Excellent stethoscope, easy to hear heart and lung sounds as well as the more expensive cardiology scopes; longer tubing allows me to hear without having to be right on top of the patient.The price was extremely reasonable. I finally ditched my heavier Littmann cardiology scope, paid less money, and enjoy this one more.

I purchased it for her (at her specific direction) as a graduation present for completing her 3-year residency in family medicine and becoming a Real Doctor (I had it engraved to say ""A Real Doctor"" on the bell). Apparently her old one had gone missing somewhere. At any rate, she says it's working very well, so I'll pass that on as a review for what it's worth.

sound is pretty decent. Length of the scope is a plus. The construction is very light and does not feel substantial, but I'm used to a different brand. This may not be a bad thing.

i love this stethoscope. i bought it because I am currently an MA working at an Urgent Care and it works great for this setting. I will also be going to PA school in the fall and plan on using it there. My whole office has one of these and loves it! The ear pieces are great and I can hear so clearly! This is a very nice, high quality stethoscope. The only problem I have is that the purple does not look like purple. It looks like dark blue.

We needed a stethoscope for nursing school. I worked at a hospital prior to starting school. All of my co workers recommended Littmann as being the best. I would have to agree. Allheart has the best prices online. The quality of this product is great. I use it for not only blood pressures, but as well assessing my patients when listening to lung sounds and chest sounds.
