At first I was disappointed because they were see through and very thin. But I gave them a chance and now I have to admit, I wear a pair nearly every night. They are super for support, my legs feel good, I can't complain at all.

The hosiery is supportive without being binding. I could tell the difference on the days I wore them. My legs were not nearly as tired.

They are very thin and short; and I am only 5'4"". If you can get them up to your knee, they will be at your ankle by the time you stand up. The compression is minimal. If you are only worried about your feet, these are the hose for you.
