Love the fanny pack, the penlight, scissors, And sphigmomameter. The stethoscope was not so good. The acoustics pretty much suck, but evrything else works wonders. So if your new, or a student this works fine, but once you know what you're doing you should invest in a better stethoscope.

This is the perfect set for an EMT student.
