This eye chart is perfect for nursing school!

If you need a pocket eye chart, but this! It is cheap and fits in your lab coat pocket!

This is almost a functional item but still needs to be 6 feet away from the patient for accurate visual acuity results. However, it is portable and much more functional in the ED than the one poster the patient needs to be 20 feet away from that's in the triage room and the patient needs to stand in the registration room - blocking the ED entrance from the waiting room! So, a donation was made to put nearly a dozen at the fingertips of the nurses/techs that may need to do visual acuities in the treatment rooms... too bad there isn't one that is held at arm's length instead of 6 feet away...

Came just as was advertised in a nice ziplock bag for protection and storage in my bag away from dust and pens etc.
