I bought this cardiac stethoscope for everyday use. It's inexpensive and serves for the purpose.

I just got this as a gift to myself for my new position. LOVE it!!! The sound is amazing...I am hard of hearing and I can hear sounds that I haven't heard before with this stethoscope. Its light weight and I have no problem wearing it around my neck. Like others have stated the ear pieces do come lose easily but I have just kept an eye on them beginning of my shift and I think it will be fine. You do get an extra set of ear covers...and for the price if I had to buy another scope it wouldn't break the bank!

Sound quality is excellent; however, one of the ear pieces keeps falling off. When I try to screw it back on, it still won't stay.

I bought this stethascope for my Medical Assistant classes. I love the fact that it is all completely black but even better is how well it works. I thought I'd try it out for the first time by sitting next to the furnace with the fan running and I could hear really well so it will be perfect for class. I would recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this stethoscope a few months ago while taking my basic course. I have also used the Littman classic se II, and in my opinion this allheart is clearer and has better sound quality and definition.

This scope is pretty good. You can hear well on it. It looks really expensive and most people ask where I got it. My only complaint would be that the tubing and bell is loose so if you dont hold the bell really steady, you hear clicking.

I'm a physician and have used many different brands of cardiology stethoscopes in the past. If you are looking for a stethoscope with great acoustic performance, then this is not for you! It is very stylish, but when you first receive it you will definitely notice it's flimsy construction. It says that it is stainless steel, but it's extreme light weight which makes me doubt that. You can hear a lot of outside ambient noise which makes it difficult to auscultate. When I first put the stethoscope on I noticed that the ear pieces were very loose, but this can easily be fixed. You just remove the rubber portion of the ear piece and tighten the metal piece with a rubber glove, then just put the piece back on. This stethoscope is best used in a quite area. The Littman cardiology III is by far superior to this one. If you can spend a little more money, then I highly recommend the W.A Baum cardiology stethoscope. It's half the price of the Littman and offers good performance and it's made in the USA, not China like

this has great sound, and cant beat the price. I have other stethoscopes (including a Littmann classic II SE) and this scope is even a little more clearer!!

I'm a nursing student and i needed a good stethoscope, what i found was a great stethoscope at an unbeatable price. I looked at other brands of similar quality and they were expensive but Allheart gave me what i wanted at a price i could afford.

i'm a nursing student and purchased this stethoscope after having purchased a different one from another company and returned it. This one is GREAT! I am pleased at how good it sounds for the price that I paid for it. Some students in my class bought the ones from our school and paid $65 for theirs and they like this one better! i highly recommend this and would totally buy another if I had to.

I'm a MA student who wasn't satisfied with the Sprague scope the school supplied so I decided to pick this one up. I'm highly satisfied so far and many of my classmates who've used it are blown away with the degree of clarity it provides. It's easy to ascultate breathing with the bell and the diaphragm is many times louder than my previous scope. The eartips came loose a couple times but after tightening them as much as I could it hasn't been a problem. The finish looks good on the painted parts, though the tubing is shiny. I expected a dull finish on a ""Stealth"" scope. And speaking of tubing, I wish it was a little longer. I realize it states the length in the specs but being 6'0"" I thought 27"" would work... All in all though it's definitely a good buy.

Received the item promptly. My only negative is that I requested Priority Mail shipping and got UPS at four times the price of Priority Mail. Post Office will pick up packages and is MUCH cheaper. I suggest you start using it.

I am a nursing student who is always looking for a deal. Not only did this stethoscope cost less than my classmates, it works 10x better. I recommended it to a couple of other classmates who also purchased this same one, they love it.
