The ear pieces fall off and are constantly loose. The different disks are wonderful but are not worth trying to use it and not having an ear piece. I know cause it has happened to me. Twice. Otherwise I have loved this.

I like the interchangeable heads, but the metal parts on this stethoscope don't stay tight. The ear pieces have fallen off twice and the head has fallen off too.

This a great stethoscope to replace my stolen ultrascope. Clarity for the higher tones needs work, but could pass as good cardiac stethoscope. I was able to hear a murmur the other day.
