Bought 2 pair of these pants, they look cute but were way to big. I purchased womens medium and had to send them back, I think the sm would be to big

these pants were comfy but were huge! i ordered 4 sets (pants and top) in a 3x the top fit fine but the pants were way to big i may have to return them and get two sizes smaller! i usually wear a size 14-18 depending on the brand.

These are definitely my favorite scrub pants. They do tend to run big, so if you wear a medium, get a small. I would like to have more than the one pocket, but you can actually put stuff in the pocket without you pants feeling like they are going to fall off. I'm 5'9", and they are long enough. They are great!

I love the fold over waste band so comfy. I work in a veterinary hospital and the band keeps my parts hidden when I bend over. Kinda long til washed but a new fave.

Bought a pair of these pants a few months ago in my normal size (large) and they were HUGE, wore them a whole day before I made up my mind, they were cheap so I kept them around. I am not 6 months pregnant and the selection for maternity scrubs is awful- then I remembered these pants! I recommend them in a size smaller than you would normally wear (pregnant or not) and the fold over waist band works perfect for a baby bump when they are unfolded. I will be ordering them in several colors. I am 5'9"" and only needed a regular- long is WAY too long.

waistband is very comfortable. Pants legs are maybe a little too roomy.

Love these pants...pants never fit me not tall enough in the back or too tall in the front and I can adjust these to fit me! They are also long, I have long legs and I dont look like I am waiting for a flood!

These pants are so comfy and they are long enough. I got the Cherokee workwear 2 pocket scrub tops to wear with them because I have to wear solid Khaki and they look good together. I think that they are true to fit because I am a 16 and on the size chart a 14/16 is a Large and that fits me perfectly.

These are by far the most comfortable scrub pants I have ever owned. They are extremely soft--feels like your working in your P.J.s. The lenght is perfect. I'm 5'8"" an they are not too short (like most other scrub pants). I only wish they came in more colors.

I like these pants, they're cute, and the waistband is really soft and comfortable. The problem is the waistband is too soft- it doesn't have enough grip to hold them up on me, so I'm constantly pulling them up. I even cut slits and inserted a drawstring, but that didn't help. I may just try stitching on some regular elastic. Otherwise I like them.

I was so excited to get these pants! Unfortunately, when I tried them on, they were quite large. I have been a Medium forever and I am swimming in them. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning them and pray that the Small fits.

I love the style of these pants! However they were a bit long for me and also run a little large. However they are good sturdy scrubs and if I had the right size I am sure i would love them even more.

Flexible and comfortable...Great as a maternity pant!

Ordered these pants because I would like the fold over elastic band. Some drawings and regular elastic pants just dont stay up during a longs days work. Plus I have to wear a walkie talkie work and often hook to my pants pocket, which pulls down on them from the weight. There was not a petite size to choose from so the pair I bought is a little too long and a little too big.

These pants are super comfortable and really cute. I love the foldover waist band. I wish they were available in tall sizes.

I love these pants. I am almost 5'8"" and the length is just right on me. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is that the stretchy waist band can get a bit loose and cause the pants to slide down some - I pull them up a lot during the day.

After working 12 hours in these scrubs (i also got the matching top), I was ready to throw out all the regular elastic band pants in my closet. The waist band is so soft and comfy & you can adjust it to any height you like.

I love the look of these pants but they are 2 sizes too big on me and I got an xs. I'm a nurse who is 5ft 105 lbs and would really like if they made these true to size.

The material is super comfortable along with the yoga-like waist band. I am build heavier in the thighs but not in the waist so its near-impossible to find scrub pants without getting a size bigger and then struggling with the waist through my shift. I also am 5'8"" and for once i found scrub pants that are long enough! :)
