It is light weight and stays up. It doesn't feel very tight. I guess if you need light support it is good. I wish it has more cotton in it.

I'm a young, new nurse who decided I needed to start using support socks sooner than later. I work busy 12 hour shifts in the ER & I noticed a huge difference when I started wearing the socks.

Love these socks. They are softer than most compression stockings and give great support. I can really tell the difference after a long day if I have compression stockings on or not, and these are the most comfortable I have found.
