These are light wt and comfortable but they pinch at the ankle and don't provide me with enough support for a 12 hour shift.

These are the absolute best compression stockings I have found! In fact, I originally bought 2 pair and have worn them over the past 3 years. And, I mean wear for 12 hour shifts. Now, I put them under my boots or heels. They don't slip, pinch, or bunch. And, they don't look like compression stockings. Very highly recommended! I'm finally buying some more :)

These stockings come to just below the knee and stay up all day.
