I have trouble with other stethoscopes...I could not hear well. With this stethoscope I can hear everything I need to hear without difficulty. I pick this one after trying one a co-worker was using and I felt in love with it!!!

I've gotta say, out of the stethoscopes I've used thus far... This one definitely takes the cake as far as clarity. I've never had a steth that made it so easy to hear! Great product.

i love this steth. i'm a vet tech. this is the bose of steths. a lot of other ones i use at work have a lot of extra noise that is distracting (because pets rarely stay completely still)

I just bought a new Littmann after having my brother's old hand-me-down from Prestige Medical that wasn't so great, and as of now I love it! It fits better in my ears, it sounds so much better, there's no spinning the head to get different frequencies, it gets rid of background noise better, it's easier to hold, and it looks awesome. It's just all around better in every way. Couldn't be more pleased. :)

Great Littman quality and very nice look. It was a little lighter than I had hoped. Probably a good thing though, since my last one was much heavier.

This scope has a great sound, a great look and a nice lightweight but non-flimsy feel to it. I bought it to replace a master cardiology scope that disappeared from my nursing unit, and I am very happy with this less expensive replacement!

I had my name engraved and it was done in gold, you could barely see it, maybe it should be done in white.

All Heart shipped my stethoscope very quickly even with having the tube engraved with my name. I love the Black Edition it works great and it lightweight!

Excellent, takes a little while to get used to the bell/diaphragm being on the same time. However is easily slipped under clothing and picks up sound well even through light clothing.

This is my third Master Classic II (#1 broke in a car accident and #2 was stolen)... I have always loved it... You hear everything you need to hear... Even in the back of an ambulance... I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stethoscope but wants to not spend too much money.
