Love my new stethescope. I have had a full size adult Littman for years but recently began working in pediatrics. The clarity of this stethescope is outstanding. Because I like to be a little different, I ordered the rainbow bell. I have gotten several compliments on it and have no fear of it getting mistaken for someone elses. My patients love the amazing colors.

I'm a respiratory therapist in a childrens hospital, and this stethoscope couldn't be a better fit for me. The sound quality is outstanding, from preemies to the big kids. And though the color (I have carribean blue) was a bit more dark-teal than I expected, it goes well with the awesome rainbow-colored bell, which I love! So cute. It's also very light and you almost forget its on your neck. I had mine personalized with my name on the tubing, and it looks great - it was done in a gold color that matches the slight gold tone of the metal extending off the earpieces. All in all a great purchase that I don't regret!

I love this stethoscope! I just started working in the NICU and on my first day using this stethoscope I was able to hear a murmur on a baby! It was a very interesting murmur too because it was intermittent, I even had someone else listen to make sure I was hearing what I heard. I also work pediatrics too, so it works for both places!

Works well

I've been using this model stethoscope for over 25 years. It is lightweight with a longer length perfect for listening to squirming toddlers. The acoustics are excellent and it excludes outside noise very well. The bell and diaphragm are perfectly sized for infants through adolescents--an excellent, versatile pediatric stethoscope.

I've only had this stethoscope for a few weeks but so far it is excellent.

I received a Littmann Classic II Pediatric Stethoscope for medical school graduation 6 years ago. It served me well through Pediatric Residency, and then two years into private practice. Recently, probably due to my constant use and the resultant abuse my stethoscope receives, the tubing cracked. So, I replaced it with this brand new Littmann Classic II Pediatric Stethoscope. I bought the Caribbean Blue with the Rainbow Head. My only issue is that I don't particularly like the gold/brass finish of the metal parts. The rainbow finish is fun, but I will have to adjust to the gold finish of the rest of the metal parts. Most importantly, I can hear very well through this stethoscope. A pediatric cardiologist I worked with during residency was even very impressed with the sound quality of this stethoscope.

Everything I expected from littman, as these are the only stethoscopes I have ever used, plus it is beautiful. The children I treat really love the colors and I really like the way it looks. :) Thanks so much for the extra quick shipping as I thought it was backordered. Great stethoscope and the engraving adds a nice touch. No one can take my black stethoscope and say it is theirs.

The stethoscope is the right size for pediatric and neonatal patients. The sound quality is very good and it is comfortable to use.

The product and craftmanship is really great. I did not exactly like the italics (script) personalization on the bell. I wish there could be more examples of what the personalization would look like. If I knew that it would be like this, I would have requested for block letter personalization instead. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product.

It took about 10 days to get my order, but was able to track it online. I understand that it was on backorder for 2 days, but I think that 10 dayse is a little long.

I have owned a Littmann Pediatric Stethoscope for 20 years. Same scope and loved it. I did have to replace the the tubing and ear pieces but it was wonderful. After 20 wondeful years it was lost. It took me no time to order another. It is a wondeful product. I bought one for my daughter, who also is a RN last year.

The price on allheart.comw as the lowest, and i liked that the laser engraving was reasonable - even with the laser engraving, the steth was around the same or cheaper than at amazon. The product arrived on time, at the time stated on checkout. i bought the red which is a bright red. People like it and i think it's okay - I would have preferred maybe a shade darker. The sound quality is great compared to the hospital isolation steths I was using previously (my old adult sized Littman was 'lost' some time ago). It's not too heavy around the neck, and overall is a great basic steth - I've only ever used Littman's over a prolonged period of time so cannot compare to other brands.

Ordering was quick and easy. After my on-line search, this was the best price I could find. I had my name engraved on the head and still received the stethoscope in about 1 week.

This stethescope is great! I'm a labor and delivery nurse and was having difficulty hearing heart rates and lung sounds with the stethescopes provided for us. With this one, I can hear the baby's heart rate through a blanket! Love the red color too, helps prevent it from ""walking"" off the unit. Would highly recommend this product for anyone working with infants.

I could not work without my pediatric Littmann stethoscope! This is my second one I have had in my long nursing career. My first one was lost/stolen and I missed it for a long time, then I ordered this new one. True story: on the first day I used it, I heard a previously undetected heart mumur on a one month old who was scheduled for GI surgery. After the cardiology consult and echocardiogram, the child was cleared for surgery.
