Lost my other stethoscope so I went and got this, what a huge difference, much lighter than the cardio iii/my neck isn't so bothersome and could hear everything even through several layers of clothing you could pick up a pulse and its precise. Highly recommended to fellow nurses!

Can't wait to put it to use. It sounds so clear. Great product but something is missing from Allheart's Quality Control Department. Be careful personalizing it. They must not have a second check after it's done as the 3 letters are not centered on the head. Someone likes the left margin.

I have owned the same littman cardiology dual head stethoscope for 30 years, and only had to replace the tubing. I now have a second job and wanted a second stethoscope for the job place. I am very happy with the stethescope, engraving, and black edition.

love littman! first time to buy my own stethoscope for everyday use (previous one given as a gift), and of course, had to have the best! not disappointed at all.... love the black edition, my engraved initials, and stet is not at all heavy. very classy. did get a little scratch by the initials and i'm not sure how, but still very happy with the buy.

This is the stethoscope that my daughter wanted when she graduated with her BSN. She says she loves it! The experience with Allheart was excellent and I would definately order from them again.

This is the best stethoscope that i have used. The tunable diaphram is great at hearing anything.

The stethoscope is excellant and would recomomend it. There is however a tiny hole in the center of the diaphram, not sure why but this is the only stethoscope that i have owned that has that hole.

Very sharp looking stethoscope; works well. All heart shipped it relatively quickly; arrived in find condition. Coupon codes would not work, so that was frustrating! But other than that...

ABLE TO HEAR HEART SOUNDS MURMURS ETC CLEARLY

Bought this stethoscope as a replacement for my lost Littmann. It was a hard purchase for me to make as I had had my other one for almost 14 years and I kept hoping to find it. Once I finally realized my old one wasn't going to be found, I debated on whether to purchase the same scope I had or to buy this one. I loved my previous one, but decided on this one simply because of the professional look of the black edition and the adapter for pediatric patients. I am a Certified Nurse Midwife and the adapter comes in handy when assessing my babies. I LOVE THIS STETHOSCOPE!!! It has an amazing quality sound. Heart, breath and bowel sounds are clearer than ever. I am completely satisfied with my purchase!

What can I say... I ordered this scope because I like to have the best equipment and appreciate sharp looks as well. There really is no point to me going on about the sound quality... It's a top of the line Littmann. 'Nuff said. The looks get noticed. The finish is very high quality--- my scope has no signs of wear on head or earpieces after 4 months of daily use. The black on the earpieces is smooth and high gloss--- like a nice smooth paint job. The head finish is more matte--- like what anodizing produces. I had mine personalized by Allheart... it looks REALLY nice on the black finish. The 3 block letter initials show up nice, in a golden tone; on the top of the center finger grip. Definitely worth the small fee. I absolutely love the looks and tone of this scope. The sound quality is noticeably superior to lower models of Littmann scopes, and justified by the cost increase. I am happy that I can hear lung sounds better. I am hard of hearing and this stethoscope makes it easier to acess the lungs,heart and bowel. I am more confident in what I do. My last stehosscope was good but I had to turn off surrounding noise like a TV; this one means I only have to turn it down a little.

I had a Littmann III throughout residency but wanted a a new scope for fellowship so I wanted to upgrade. Its a great scopeand the sound is tremendous

This is just like the Master Cardiology Stethoscope except for it being the Black Edition. It has great sound quality; ear fit is perfect and it comes with extra ear tips for smaller ear holes.

I have used many stethoscopes over the years, but this one is the clearest, most sensitive I've ever heard. I am very pleased with the sound, and the quality of construction.

I was amazed at the clarity! Initial use of the scope to demonstrated clarity beyond belief for breath sounds as well as heart sounds, bowel sounds, and others I would have a difficult time distinguishing otherwise. I had a cheaper stethoscope and was missing alot of different sounds. I highly recommend this stethoscope! I'm looking forward to denoting all types off sounds. I like my name on it too.

I have yet to utilize this new scope in my new practice setting. I am a FNP and probably did not need an advanced stethoscope such as this one, however, I could not resist the price or color.
