Glad to have this identification tag, after using my stethoscope for over two years, it was time for one! I took the tag to a local engraver and had it engraved for $3, instead of the $7 that is charged by the 3M company.

Love them! you can use the writable surface or mail the metallic plate to Littmann and for a fair amount engrave your name!

It's a goofit for my stethescope but it's not like its engraved if someone really wants it the can easily cut around it or pull the name plate off. But it's $3 bucks so it's ok

Using this product to label my stethoscope has set my mind at ease. If I lose my scope, I know my co-workers can easily figure out it's mine and get it back to me. I had tried using other methods of labeling my stethoscope but this tag was cheap and easy to use. It also prominently displays my name for all to see.
