Don't like having to iron the pleats in the back. Landau needs to start making one without the pleats again like Barco.

I've been buying and wearing these for over a decade. I wear them as a ""scrub-top"" and not a jacket. They're well made and hold up to all the frequent washing required in my profession. I can still wear the first one I bought in Navy Blue and can't even begin to list everything I've put it through. My only gripe is I wish more colors were available.
