The item was what we wanted We received an email six days after the order was placed stating it was on back order for 10 days we needed the item immediately and had to purchase another, Your item then arrived on time but we had to return it as we had used the other one, Please let me know if it has been received by you and credited to my account

Even with embroidery, the coats I ordered were fulfilled and delivered in a time-frame we were worried could not be accomplished. The customer service reps responded to my inquires quickly and were very helpful with answering my questions and addressing my shipping concerns. We are very impressed.

It's often hard to judge the quality of materials, cut and stitching of clothing as they appear on the ""stock"" images on websites, but I bought this labcoat because it is made by Landau and have been satisfied with other workwear by this company in the past. I was very impressed with the excellent fit and high quality look of the labcoat when I received it! I will be purchasing all my labcoats in the future from Landau and from allheart (because of the great price and fast delivery).
