These pants fit well. I'm tall (5' 10"") and they were long enough to cover part of my shoe while standing. Once I wore them to the hospital other people asked about them and ordered some.

I love all the pockets on these but I really don't care for the slit in the cuff. I hate my pants to touch the ground and with the slit they do I have to hike my pants up so they dont drag.
