it is good my aunt gave it to me when I was 10 years old.it worked fine for about 15 years but then the plastic started to crack but it still works my aunt had it for 20 years then she gave it to me I had it for 15 so all together it is 35

I could hear blood pressures and many lung sounds in a moving ambulance with this stethoscope. It still worked after being slammed in a car door. I had it for about 15 years before the tubing started to degrade.

so far so good, this is the first time I've had to use this item.. One of the nurses at the nursing home my husband was in recomended it to me....I am very happy with it...
