I decided I should have these on hand in case I respond to emergencies on the road or other locations. Directions are printed on the plastic and is easy to understand. Haven't had to use it yet, but it is little and in a zippered pouch, so it is easy to stow anywhere or hook it onto anything.

I personally have used 2 of these masks on the side of the road at car wrecks. Neither of these men would have gotten breath 1 out of anyone because of the blood and bodily fluids everywhere. The second man had broken his neck and we could not move him. Because of the long mouth insert, we were able to resecitate him without moving his neck!
