I really like the fit. The material has a little give. It's not super stretchy. I like the way the front fits flat at the waist. Some other scrubs feel like diapers because there's so much gathering in the front, but not these. The inseam starts where it's supposed to, and not by my knees. The length is not overwhelming long I'm 5'4". I think it can accommodate taller women because I may have to roll the cuff
