Shipping Policy
We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our Everyday Low Prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door. See Shipping Costs & Times for ship rate tables and estimated delivery times.
For your convenience, AllHeart.com ships via FedEx SmartPost Ground delivery service. This service utilizes both FedEx and the US Postal Service for handling, and in most circumstances, your package will be delivered via the US Postal Service. All standard delivery packages can be tracked here or at FedEx.com. All PO BOX addresses are sent via FedEx SmartPost.
FedEx Premium Ground utilizes the FedEx ground delivery network from door to door. This service will deliver your package to you faster than any other ground service.
Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and FPOs ground shipments are via FedEx SmartPost. 2-day delivery via FedEx is available at an additional charge for Alaska and Hawaii only.
International orders are shipped via FedEx International Service. International customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their local government. If you have any questions, e-mail us at customerservice@allheart.com. Please include your name, and if it applies to a specific order, please include your order number.
Books
Shipping and handling charges for books are also automatically calculated during checkout. These are shown to you once you submit a shipping address.
For United States customers, shipping and handling charges for books are based on the weight of your order and the distance to your shipping address. Your order will be shipped FedEx SmartPost Ground if you live in the 48 contiguous states, or by FedEx 2nd Day if you live in Hawaii or Alaska.
Within the U.S. Territories and Possessions, orders will be shipped by the best method depending on your location, usually via FedEx SmartPost.
International Customer shipping and handling charges for books are based on the weight of your order. Our standard shipping method for you is via FedEx International. If FedEx does not deliver to your location, then an alternate method will be used. Please note that international customers are responsible for any additional Duties, Excise Taxes, Value Added Taxes, or Customs Surcharges. Please, check your nation's laws and regulations prior to ordering.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
It’s simple. If you're not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have received, just return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable, unless they are defective. Embroidered garments and engraved equipment are not returnable, unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment or engraving your equipment. All items must be in their original condition with the original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Unfortunately, original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, send your exchange with no additional shipping/processing charges.
EXCHANGES
Please follow the instructions on the back of your order summary and enclose it with the items you want to exchange. All items exchanged must be in their original condition with the original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties and tags and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not exchangeable, unless they are defective. Embroidered garments and engraved equipment are not exchangeable, unless we have made an error in embroidering your garment or engraving your equipment. All shipping/processing charges on exchanged packages must be prepaid. We will, however, send back your exchange item with no additional shipping/processing charge. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your exchange.
We suggest you return the package using a courier who will provide proof of delivery. And remember; please do not use the product box as a shipping container.
RETURNS

Please note exceptions to the return policy:
- Hosiery: Due to health codes support and fashion hosiery may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
- Books & Software: Opened software, electronic books, and books with software included that have been opened, may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.

What if my item is defective, broken, or needs repair?
AllHeart.com partners with reputable manufacturers who stand by their products. On rare occasions however, products can sometimes have a defect that goes undetected by the manufacturer or becomes apparent only during use.
