Littmann: 3M Health Care
The 3M Health Care Service Center provides prompt and efficient service.
FREE repair and service for Littmann stethoscopes while under warranty.
For Littmann stethoscopes no longer under warranty, refurbishment and cleaning services are available for a charge*. Your refurbished stethoscope will carry a two-year warranty. (90 days for the Select and Lightweight models.)
Your Littmann stethoscope will be promptly serviced within 24 hours of its arrival at the 3M Health Care Service Center, then shipped back to you via UPS ground at our expense.
Sending your stethoscope in for repair:
1. Write a short note explaining the repair or service you require, the approximate date you purchased your Littmann stethoscope, your name, address, and phone number.
If your stethoscope is no longer under warranty, please include payment information on your note. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Please include your account number and expiration date.
2. Send your note with your stethoscope via a traceable courier to:

Refurbishment includes thorough cleaning of the chestpiece and replacement of the tubing, eartubes, diaphragm(s) and rim(s), eartips and nonchill sleeve for double-sided stethoscopes.
