You continue to be our top priority.

Due to severe weather conditions in many parts of the country, including our shipping hub in Dallas/Forth Worth, your delivery may experience a delay. During these dangerous conditions, our priority is keeping our team safe - and we hope you are staying safe, too! We apologize for the delays this is causing to your orders, and appreciate you sticking with us as we ride out this storm.

We will are working overtime and 7 days a week to get orders out and returns processed as quickly as possible so we can get caught-up.

We will always be transparent and provide you with the most reliable and accurate information we have about product availability and when you can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep.

All in-stock orders:
Ships within 3 business days.

Orders containing an item with engraving:
Ships within 3 business days.

Orders that have selected overnight shipping or 2 day shipping:
Ships the same day if ordered by 2pm CT.

Orders containing an item with embroidery:
May experience an additional 4 day delay.
