1. What is my Annual Order Summary?

Your allheart Annual Order Summary will show all purchases, or invoices you have made under the account in which you're currently signed-in for that calendar year. This information allows you to see which items you purchased and how many, the price per item, as well as how much you paid for shipping and tax.

Information for each invoice or order includes:

  • Invoice number
  • Order Date
  • Sku(s)
  • Quantity of each item purchased
  • Unit Price
  • Merchandise total for the order
  • Shipping charges
  • Tax charges
  • Total discounts
  • Invoice total

2. How do I use my Annual Order Summary?

    1. Sign in to your account through the link at the top of any allheart.com page, as shown here:
    2. After logging-in, click on the "Annual Order Summary" link from the "My Account" menu shown here:
    3. Select a calendar year from the drop-down menu, then click submit:
    4. You will now be able to view all orders placed under your account within the selected calendar year.

3. What if I think an invoice included on my Annual Order Summary is incorrect?
